H-D needs no introduction. It was a white-knuckle thrill helping them build an email program that can evolve with the brand and inspire a new generation of riders to hit the road.

  • In one holiday season, I wrote roughly 150 themed and branded subject lines for 15-20 segmented emails featuring dynamic content. The H-D website crashed due to traffic after our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale announcement.
